Here at Perfect Way, we want to do something good for families – give them a helping hand and make everyday life a little easier for them. Because even the smallest bit of help can make a big difference.
We help families every day by providing the following services:
- Placement of domestic workers, nannies and other household staff on a live-in* basis, at an 80–100% FTE workload
- Placement of domestic workers, nannies and other household staff on a live-out* basis, at a 20–100% FTE workload
- Placement of au pairs from various countries (EU and third countries)
- Obtaining work permits for au pairs from third countries
- Obtaining work permits for domestic workers (from third countries)
- Payroll services - processing of statutory deductions from employee pay
Various other services, such as
- drafting employment contracts
- reviewing employment contracts
- assessing potential candidates
- registering with the municipality
- arranging health insurance
- administrative tasks, as required
- and much more
If you’re interested in our services, before we work together, we’ll visit you in person at your home or arrange an online chat. This enables us to get to know you as a family, identify precisely what you need, see your home, and provide direct and personalised answers to your questions. For this visit, we charge a one-off flat fee of CHF 200 plus VAT, to be invoiced after the visit.

Taking on an au pair

There are various legal aspects to consider when taking on an au pair. The rules can be found in the European Agreement on Au Pair Placement of the Council of Europe, the directives of the State Secretariat for Migration and in cantonal guidelines.
To make everything as smooth and uncomplicated as possible for you, we will gladly provide you with comprehensive support.
Work permits for domestic workers from third countries
For many families, having a domestic worker to help with the tasks of everyday life really takes the pressure off. When employing a domestic worker, however, there are various legal aspects to consider, especially if the person is from a non-EU/EFTA country, i.e. they are what is known as a third-country national.
